Return Policy

At Carl’s Cars, we take pride in transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the unique and personalized nature of each vehicle sold, all sales are considered final.However, if a significant undisclosed issue arises prior to delivery, we will review the case individually to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Return Eligibility

A return request will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered vehicle does not match the description (wrong model, significantly different specifications)
  • The vehicle has major defects that were not disclosed prior to sale
  • The transport caused significant damage and the insurance claim has not yet been activated

Return Procedure

To request a return of a vehicle, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by phone or email to report the issue.
  • Provide the necessary information, including details about the defects found and photo evidence, if possible.
  • The vehicle must be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received, without any modifications or additional damage.

Refunds

If the return of the vehicle is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the receipt of the returned vehicle.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
